High Performance Academy offers a scholarship program for youth soccer participants who are in need of financial assistance in order to train and/or participate in a Club team. Each scholarship request is considered on a per event basis and covers a portion of the various fees associated with the HPA Programming.
The scholarship program exists to provide financial assistance to talented players with financial need. Once a player qualifies for the scholarship program financially; the amount of a scholarship is awarded based on player’s achievements.
Scholarship funds are primarily provided through the combination of grants and private/public donations from individuals and businesses. Scholarship funds are very limited. Availability of scholarship funds will vary on an annual basis.
Individual scholarships may be awarded up to 75% of total event fee. The difference between the scholarship amount and the event fee will be the responsibility of the player and will be due by May 10, 2018. Failure to meet this payment date will result in forfeiture of the scholarship.
Based on scholarship funding availability, Scholarship applications will be accepted for Region Camp fees only.
A player must complete a Scholarship Application Form. The completed application form must be submitted online. Late or incomplete applications will not be considered.
HPA executive staff is responsible for reviewing the applications and making decisions on who is awarded a scholarship. Scholarship decisions will be communicated to applicants after the application deadline has expired. Applicants will be notified as to whether or not they have received a scholarship by within a 45-day notice from the completion of the application. If you would like to be notified via e-mail, please include a valid e-mail address with your application.
